Ingredients: (all organic) arrowroot powder, mango butter, shea butter, sweet almond oil, wild yam liquid extract, chaste tree liquid extract, red clover liquid extract, vegetable based emulsifying wax, leucidal complete preservative (radish root/lactobacillus/coconut fruit extract), vitamin E oil, frankincense essential oil, aloe vera inner leaf juice powder

Application: a pea sized dollop 1 to 2 times a day, rotating application locations. Message into chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms, inner thighs; these are the areas on the body that provide a high absorption rate. Testing on a small area is recommended. 

Women: You may choose to discontinue use during the week of menstruation or 1week/ 7 days a month if no menstruation. 

Men: can use every day with no break.
