Ingredients: (all organic) arrowroot powder,  castor oil, mango butter, shea butter, sweet almond oil, wild yam liquid extract, chaste tree liquid extract, red clover liquid extract, leucidal complete preservative (radish root/lactobacillus/coconut fruit extract), vitamin E oil, frankincense essential oil, aloe vera inner leaf juice powder

Application: a pea sized dollop 1 to 2 times a day, rotating application locations. Message into chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms, inner thighs; these are the areas on the body that provide a high absorption rate. Testing on a small area is recommended. 

Women: You may choose to discontinue use during the week of menstruation or 1week/ 7 days a month if no menstruation. 

Men: can use every day with no break.
