Ingredients: organic castor oil, organic frankincense essential oil

Application:

Eyes- 1/2 pump, 2 times a day, on and around eyes and eye brows. Do not put directly in eyes.

Navel- 1/2 to 1 pump in navel, 1 to 2 times a day, testing with one drop first is recommended. 

Castor Oil Packs- as much as needed on pack in desired location, 1 to 2 times a day.

Testing on a small area is recommended
